Terms of Use
Rules for using Kibo
Effective date: May 25, 2026
These Terms describe the ground rules for using Kibo as an AI operations workspace: accounts, content, AI outputs, approvals, integrations, billing, acceptable use, and service limits.
01
Agreement to these Terms
- These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Kibo, including the website, dashboard, APIs, AI staff, projects, missions, docs, routines, integrations, messaging channels, artifacts, and related services.
- By using Kibo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Kibo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Kibo.
02
Accounts and workspaces
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account or workspace.
- Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing members, roles, invitations, staff configuration, billing, channels, integrations, routines, and approved actions.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
03
AI staff and outputs
- Kibo uses AI models and tool-connected workflows to generate responses, proposals, summaries, docs, artifacts, images, reports, and other outputs.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or approving actions.
- Kibo may provide proposal cards or approval flows for certain write actions. You are responsible for decisions you approve and for any autonomy settings you configure.
04
User content
- You retain ownership of content you submit to Kibo, such as prompts, files, project briefs, docs, mission comments, routine instructions, channel messages, and other workspace materials.
- You grant Kibo the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and transform that content to provide and improve the service, including through AI model providers, storage providers, integrations, and messaging channels.
- You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to Kibo and to authorize processing through connected services.
05
Acceptable use
- Do not use Kibo to violate laws, infringe rights, exploit or harm others, send spam, distribute malware, compromise systems, evade security controls, or generate unlawful or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, probe, or interfere with Kibo except as expressly permitted in writing.
- Do not connect accounts, channels, integrations, files, or systems unless you are authorized to use them with Kibo.
06
Integrations and channels
- Kibo may connect to third-party services such as messaging channels, model providers, billing providers, storage providers, and integration platforms.
- Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, limits, pricing, and availability.
- You are responsible for reviewing tool results, managing connected accounts, and approving or configuring actions that affect third-party systems.
07
Billing and usage
- Paid usage may include subscriptions, starter grants, top-ups, usage debits, model calls, provider costs, markups, and other usage-based charges shown in the product or checkout flow.
- You authorize Kibo and its payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, subscriptions, and top-ups using the payment method you provide.
- If a workspace balance is exhausted, paid AI work may be paused, limited, or blocked until payment or credits are available.
08
Service changes and beta features
- Kibo may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, integrations, pricing, limits, or availability over time.
- Some features may be beta, experimental, or pre-release. Beta features may be less reliable, may change quickly, and may not be covered by the same support expectations as generally available features.
09
Intellectual property
- Kibo and its software, design, trademarks, branding, and documentation are owned by Kibo or its licensors.
- These Terms do not grant you ownership of Kibo intellectual property. You may not use Kibo branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
- Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for your workspace for your lawful business purposes.
10
Disclaimers and liability
- Kibo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kibo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
11
Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate access to Kibo if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service unlawfully.
- You may stop using Kibo at any time. Workspace deletion, data export, retention, and billing effects may depend on the product features and your account status.
12
Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms as the product, business, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
- Continued use of Kibo after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
